Volvo Cars interim report first nine months, third quarter
Volvo Cars today reported continued growth both in terms of sales and revenue for the first nine months of 2021, even as a Covid-19 outbreak in Southeast Asia caused an industry-wide supply shortage which impacted production and sales volumes in the third quarter.
The company’s revenue for the first nine months amounted to SEK 202 bn, up from SEK 177.5 bn during the same period in 2020. It reported an operating income of SEK 16.6 bn for the first nine months of the year, up from SEK 3.6 bn during the same, Covid-19 affected period in 2020.
